1. Eligibility and KYC Verification Mandates

Participation in the GoAU Play Lotto digital gateway represents a binding contractual engagement subject to stringent eligibility criteria. To register, maintain an active digital profile, and execute any financial transaction, a user must be definitively established as a resident of Australia and be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age. Registration initiates an immediate, non-negotiable Know Your Customer (KYC) protocol. Users must provide accurate, verifiable government-issued identification (such as an Australian Driver's License or Passport) and proof of residential address. We reserve the unequivocal right to employ third-party verification matrices to authenticate this data. Failure to pass KYC checks, or the subsequent discovery of falsified identity parameters, will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the account. Funds deposited by underage or fraudulent actors will be locked indefinitely and escalated to relevant state authorities under the mandates of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth).

2. Digital Ticket Purchasing Logic and Finality

GoAU Play Lotto functions exclusively as a secure digital courier and procurement platform. The user bears sole responsibility for verifying the accuracy of their selected lines prior to finalizing the secure escrow sequence.

3. Prize Claim Mechanics: Tiers, Taxes, and Fund Routing

The mechanics of prize distribution are governed by strict tiered protocols. For secondary and tertiary prize tiers (typically under $5,000 AUD equivalents), winnings are automatically detected by our API integrations and instantly credited to the user's digital wallet with zero administrative deduction, available for immediate withdrawal. For Tier 1 Mega-Jackpots and massive secondary prizes, the process transitions to our Concierge Escrow Protocol. GoAU Play Lotto will securely claim the physical/digital ticket on the user's behalf within the host jurisdiction. The user acknowledges that foreign lottery commissions impose local tax withholdings (e.g., US federal and state taxes) prior to payout. The net disbursed amount will then be securely wire-transferred via regulated Tier-1 institutional channels to the user's nominated Australian bank account. GoAU Play Lotto does not charge a commission on your gross winnings; however, users are independently responsible for consulting Australian tax professionals regarding potential local declarations.

4. Anti-Fraud Operations and Account Suspension Policies

5. Limitation of Liability and Binding Arbitration

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, GoAU Play Lotto Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital gateway. This includes, but is not limited to, losses stemming from unforeseen telecommunications failures, host-country lottery commission errors, or force majeure events that prevent the physical or digital procurement of a ticket prior to a draw cutoff. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms of Service, the purchasing mechanics, or prize distributions, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith via our internal Secure Escalation Form. If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 calendar days, the matter shall be escalated to binding, confidential arbitration held in Sydney, New South Wales, administered by the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), with all proceedings conducted in the English language.
